I'm Baaaaack
I apologize in advance for the lack of updates over the past couple of weeks. Somehow, between getting married and taking a lovely much needed vacation in Hawaii, I didn't quite find the time to keep up with daily entries.
First off, can I get an �Aw hell yeah� for E Bean? He took pictures for my wedding and they are absolutely wonderful. Just marvelous! I'd share them with you, but I'm too lazy to link right now. Maybe tomorrow. Or you can go to www.taerena.com to check out the links.
I won�t type much today because I�m still lazy like that from my trip to Hawaii. Yee haw! Hawaii!!! I must say that I wish we would�ve happened upon a photographer as good as E Bean while in Hawaii. Check out the picture some guy took of the hotel�s lovely floral centerpiece with us in the background�
Fantabulous. Nice freakin� flowers. Seriously � something about being on vacation makes people think they are Ansel Adams or something. He thought he was doing us a favor by including that in the shot. Mmm hmm. Great composition. Way to go, sport. I guess that�s what you get for asking someone to take a shot of you.
So the wedding was wonderful. We left the party at 1:00 a.m. and rumor has it that they paid the DJ to stay until almost 2:00 a.m. It was so great to have all my friends and family there, and everything went just as planned. Well, a few things were off, but who really cares. A little tip to all those people out there who get way stressed out about things not going as planned on your wedding day� relax. The result is the same whether the cake collapses or the DJ plays only Allman Brothers tunes. You are married to someone at the end of the day for the rest of your life. Wheeee!!!
I�ll write more about the wedding later. Right now, we are knee deep in combining two houses into one and a half. Plus, a certain little munchkin is downstairs sleeping on the couch and I need to wake her so she�ll go to sleep at her bedtime like a good little girl when I delver her back to her parents. She�s all tuckered out from looking so darn cute while learning how to ice skate. See!
